By accessing or using the ReadiCare platform ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including facility managers, administrators, and viewers.

ReadiCare is an AI-powered compliance and reform readiness platform for Australian aged care providers. The Service includes assessment tools, AI-generated recommendations, reporting features, and related functionality as described on our website.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access code and for all activities conducted under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. You must provide accurate and current information when creating an account.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes related to aged care compliance and governance. You must not: • Attempt to access other organisations' data • Use the Service to generate misleading compliance documentation • Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the underlying AI models or scoring methodology • Share your access credentials with unauthorised persons

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into ReadiCare, including assessment responses, facility information, and any documents you upload. We do not claim ownership of your data.

By using ReadiCare, you grant us a limited licence to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service — calculating scores, generating recommendations, producing reports, and improving the platform.

You may request a full export of your data or deletion of your account at any time by contacting us.

ReadiCare, its scoring methodology, question framework, and AI prompt engineering are the intellectual property of Barton Care Pty Ltd. Unauthorised reproduction, reverse engineering, or distribution is prohibited.

AI-generated recommendations, reports, and analyses are provided as decision-support tools only. They do not constitute professional compliance, legal, or clinical advice. ReadiCare and Barton Care Pty Ltd accept no liability for decisions made based on AI-generated outputs. You should consult qualified aged care compliance professionals before acting on any recommendations. ReadiCare is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission or the Australian Government Department of Health, Disability and Ageing.

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, ReadiCare and Barton Care Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to regulatory penalties, audit outcomes, or compliance failures. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Either party may terminate access to the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow for export, after which it will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
