Privacy Policy

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email, phone, organisation, facility details) and data you enter into the platform (assessment responses, scores, facility operational data). We also collect usage analytics including pages visited, features used, and session duration.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to deliver and improve the ReadiCare service, including generating AI-powered recommendations, compliance scores, and reports. Your facility data is used solely to provide you with personalised insights. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Data Storage & Hosting

Your data is stored on cloud infrastructure provided by Supabase, hosted in Sydney, Australia. Access to your data is protected by row-level security policies, ensuring each organisation's data is isolated from other organisations. We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to production data is restricted to authorised personnel only. We use Resend for email delivery and Anthropic's Claude API for AI processing. Data shared with these services is limited to what is necessary for the specific function.

Artificial Intelligence & Data Processing

ReadiCare uses AI (powered by Anthropic's Claude) to generate compliance recommendations, analyse assessment updates, and produce governance reports. Your facility data is sent to the AI service for processing. This data is not used to train AI models and is not retained by the AI provider after processing. AI-generated outputs (recommendations, suggested score changes, report narratives) are decision-support tools. They should be reviewed by qualified professionals before being acted upon. ReadiCare does not make automated decisions that affect your facility's regulatory status. All AI suggestions require human review and approval before being applied.

Automated Decision-Making

ReadiCare uses computer programs to: • Calculate compliance scores based on your assessment responses (using a weighted scoring algorithm) • Generate prioritised recommendations based on identified gaps • Suggest assessment updates based on plain-English descriptions of changes • Generate governance report narratives In all cases, these automated outputs are presented for your review. No automated decision is applied without your explicit approval.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to deliver the platform: • Supabase — database hosting and authentication (Sydney, Australia) • Anthropic (Claude API) — AI-powered analysis and recommendations • Resend — transactional email delivery • Vercel — application hosting and deployment Each provider is bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.

Data Retention & Deletion

Your assessment data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data and assessment records within 30 days. Aggregated, anonymised data may be retained for benchmarking purposes.

Data Breach Notification

In the event of a data breach that is likely to result in serious harm, we will notify the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) and affected users as required under the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme of the Privacy Act 1988. We maintain security measures including encryption in transit and at rest, row-level security policies, role-based access controls, and regular security reviews.

Cookies & Analytics

ReadiCare uses essential cookies to maintain your session and remember your preferences. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or share your browsing data with third parties. We collect basic usage analytics (pages visited, features used) to improve the service. This data is not shared with external analytics providers.
